I also looped out here, but instead of smoothly rolling off the back of the bike, I recklessly applied the rear brake, sending my reproductive organs flying straight towards the back of my saddle. Ouch.

Early this past summer I was working Drip Torch at Stub Stewart. And for reasons unknown, dead-sailored the filter feature and landed way off camber. What's fun about this fail is my gopro was mounted to my PNW stem so when the crash ends I happen to land right in view of the camera. Fast forward a summer of practice and I'm now clearing both upper and lower drip torch.

Thanks to everyone involved (see credits) It feels amazing to be done thinking about this. I believe there is potential to ride this rock at much higher speeds but the consequences become exponentially higher. The “three year rock” is likely covered in rain and snow for the rest of the season but I have a feeling I’ll be back next summer…
